Sometimes when you are on a bike in Ethiopia it is hard to find the balance between empathy/compassion and frustration/anger. This country is challenging on so many levels. Not all the children throw rocks at you though - I have met some really sweet kids. Here are a couple of them. I pumped up this boy's flat tires on his bike - he was thrilled and showed off all his moves on the bike!
